Terms and Conditions for Pyro ERP Software
1. Introduction
Welcome to Pyro, a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed to support businesses with integrated solutions, including a dedicated Human Resource Management (HRM) module. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Definitions
"Platform": Refers to the Pyro ERP software, including the HRM module and any other services provided.
"User": Refers to individuals or entities accessing the platform.
"Tenant": Refers to a specific organization or entity utilizing the multi-tenant features of the platform.
"We," "Our," or "Us": Refers to the Pyro development team or company.
3. License and Access
Pyro grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under the terms specified.
Access is limited to the subscribed modules and features per the selected plan.
Users must not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the software without prior authorization.
4. Multi-Tenant Platform Usage
Each tenant will have access to its segregated data environment.
Tenants are responsible for managing their internal users and roles within their environment.
Pyro ensures data isolation between tenants but is not liable for mismanagement of data at the tenant level.
5. Human Resource Management (HRM) Module
The HRM module is offered as part of the ERP or as a standalone solution.
Users of the HRM module must comply with applicable labor laws in their jurisdiction.
Pyro is not responsible for any misuse of the HRM tools or the legality of employment records managed within the system.
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
Users retain ownership of the data they input into the platform.
Pyro will not access or share user data without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure the accuracy of the information entered into the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Users must not use the platform for any unlawful activities.
8. Subion and Payment
Access to the platform is subion-based, with fees varying by selected modules and features.
Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension of services.
Fees are non-refundable once the subion period begins.
9. Support and Maintenance
Pyro provides technical support as per the subscribed plan.
Scheduled maintenance and updates will be communicated in advance.
Downtime during maintenance periods will not result in refunds.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Pyro is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Pyro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
11. Termination
Pyro reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.
Users may terminate their subion, but no refunds will be provided for unused periods.
12. Amendments
Pyro may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Rwanda.
